I am almost embarrassed to post this humble offering below. However, I note that you show a similar FDC item on piece where the Registration is 'R F 036'. When I saw the cover below I dis at first wonder if the 'M' stood for 'Military' or 'Marbat' but your piece and mine below suggest that the 'F' and the 'M' are designator intended to distiguish Registration labels from each other. Many thanks for the time and effort you have put into producing and posting this display. It has provided me with a correction to my assumption.
