APO-PMK 1
Quote from SOLPT1 on February 12, 2021, 12:41 amI attach a cover posted from South African Army Post Office 1 to Philadelphia in the USA, which I believe came from O.C. S.A.A.F. POST OFFICE. At this stage of it's life APO 1 was located in the GPO Building in Durban. What is interesting about the envelope is the "manuscript" P.B.C. on the front of the cover. Has any other member observed this "manuscript" P.B.C.

I would say the 'printed matter' was put on at a later date, by a dealer? Not sure if the PBC is genuine or not, would have to see other covers as this one may never have left the sender's hand. In other words may be CTO, as it is a very nice strike.
