I recently found this cover on e-bay, I bought it because of the 1/2d uprate which didn't make sense.  I can only come up with one theory and have written it up as such but with a lot of 'ifs and buts'.  Can anyone help with questions like;-  Was the Pastor concerned stationed there and/or were the 43rd Recce Regiment stationed there???  Also was the censor's cachet 9656 used there.  Where was F.P.O. 492 used.  Even another explanation!  Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
