Houtboschdorp

I have these Post Card, sent from Houtboschdorp 4 NOV 1920 to Nylstroom 2-DEC 1920 Postage Due 1d. Is my description correct?

Postage due by 1d, NYLSTROOM TRANSVAAL DEC 20 20. Postcard rate had gone from ½d to 1d as of May 20, 1920 (valid until Jan 1, 1926). So ½d too little, card is then ported with 2 x ½d = 1d

Houtboschdorp, located in the region of Limpopo, lies in the foothills of the most northern part of the Drakensberg. Post office open 15.9.1905. Nylstroom, now Modinolle, post office open 22.07.1902.

Meby there are more information about this card ?

Yes - as you suggest, presumably postage due was charged because of the increase in postal rates.   It's perhaps a bit surprising that the Nylstroom date is 4 weeks later than the Houtboschdorp date: they aren't far apart, and it shouldn't have taken more than a day or two to transport the card from H to N.  Perhaps the recipient was away when it arrived?

Another lekker card, Albert!
