I show this cover to draw attention to what can be found on ebay and in dealer's boxes at a 'cup of coffee' price. Also in response to a request for information on meter marks.

Your explanation of the UPU blue crayon markings is very interesting. They must have also used an "O" for disallowed stamps. I have a couple of covers having this mark that have attracted postage dues.

If you have a keen eye, ebay can be a good source for this sort of material.
