Here is a trick to reduce mailing expenses and to avoid the insurance against the US collapse (appear not to happen this time). Use the 'national' Amazon sites. There is nearly 20 different including UK, India, Mexico and Brazil! These will list in local currency and - I believe - will print locally thus reducing mailing. Unfortunately none exist for Africa, despite that there were rumors that Amazon would open a warehouse in Johannesburg.
